Notes

For make-ahead prep, refrigerate the chopped cabbage and dressing separately, then toss them together when you’re ready to serve. The chopped cabbage and dressing keep for up to a week, depending on how fresh the cabbage is. Once dressed, the salad keeps for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
